Each buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods of proper quality within 14 days from the moment of purchase in accordance with the RA legislation.

And the members of our JET CLUB club will have an exclusive x2 additional period (28 days) to exchange or return.

Replacement or return of proper product quality

If the mentioned product has not been used, the appearance of the product, the factory packaging, the consumer characteristics, the warranty stamps, the product labels are preserved.

Attention

In order to return or replace a quality product, the consumer must be provided with proof of payment or other settlement documents, as the cost of shipping it to the seller's place is borne by the buyer. If the seller does not have the same product on the day of the buyer's contact with the seller, the buyer has the right to demand a refund of the amount paid for the product or, if the buyer wishes, to replace it with a similar product.
